Slowly but surely Zoie is developing a sleep routine. The child physician
told us during our last appointment, that we don't need to worry about feeding Zoie on a clock schedule, basically that she would fall
into a pattern on her own.
Now... 4 weeks later, she is starting to do just that. Last night our little network engineer/ pre-Olympian Volleyball Star slept from 21:00 'til 04:30. For what ever reason she always wakes up at 04:30 in the morning, we don't even need to look at the time any more since she has been doing this for a couple of weeks now! Also, during the day she has a schedule too. She naps here and there for an hour wakes up, plays a little then lets us know when she is hungry or tired and either goes to sleep or gets fed.
Early tomorrow, I'll be meeting with a friend whose parents are visiting from the States, and would like to see our little Zoie (since they've heard so much about her). I plan on carrying Zoie with the baby Bjoern baby carrier. Then all post all about or outing tomorrow.
