This morning, Zoie had her first colic-like attack, sometime around 04:30. She just started crying and wouldn't stop.....made us feel really bad, since she has never really cried in pain, only to let us know when she was hungry or when she wanted some attention.We tried to make her feel better, but no matter what we did it, didn't seem to help. We felt so helpless! After changing her, trying to burp her, carrying her in a colic hold (with her belly down), Marion tried breast feeding her and she quieted down and gradually stopped crying.
The rest of the day she seemed her normal, quietly-curious and alert self.

Yikes, find some remedies soon. It's been too long for me to remember, but there are remedies that you can keep around for that. It sure does make you feel helpless.
